Our Needs

Over 15,000 K-6th grade students are served by Birmingham’s over-the-mountain city school systems. While we are fortunate to live in an area rich with public-school resources, over-the-mountain families who desire to provide a Christian education for their children are faced with very limited opportunities for schooling within a reasonable distance from home. Oak Hill Classical Academy is meeting this need by coming alongside families through Christ-centered, classical education and training children in wisdom, virtue, and faithfulness.


To achieve this vision, Oak Hill is assembling an outstanding, experienced teaching team, performing critical building improvements to our future home at Hub in the Hills, and investing in curriculum, equipment, and other start-up expenses, all while striving to keep tuition fees as affordable for our families as possible. We are currently seeking mission-aligned partners to join with us in this endeavor.
